    You can use FTB utilities to claim and then chunk load those, or there is thing from Random things that will keep a chunk loaded.

    Yea I've considered extending the grace period before diminishing returns start... way too easy to burn up those free eats early game if you eat a bunch of crap food.     Yes indeed Railcraft is coming in the next update... Have it in my dev environment and it's not causing any issues so... just have make the scripts now There will not be any quests added specifically for Railcraft stuff, its just there for the fun factor and ascetics.

    Yes Millienaire is the goal of the civilization quests and the ultimate goal of the pack. The crashed pod should look just like the starter pod but it's in a crater with some lava.

    unlocking the Civilization quest requires reaching the highest rep level (completing quests). You must have just found one of the random spawned silos. Was the crashed pod nearby? Either way I check to make sure I didn't mix up some numbers.
