    A bit harsh, but MoCreatures has historically been really pack-a-phobic, so I'd say it's a victory that he's even considering it...

    Finding mods took longer than finding permissions. I fact, I only needed to ask questions 4 times out of all 99 mods in my pack

    I agree, but whatever helps them sleep at night I guess... I've actually gotten permission from quite a few mods so far, and I don't really see a problem in asking. What annoys me though is when they go MIA. Then I just feel very confused.

    If you ask me, it depends on how much time was put into the pack. If it was just a quick drag and drop pack I don't think authors would take too kindly to it nowadays, but something like you're doing is different. The permissions thing is more of a formality than anything. It's just to keep...
