    That's how the encryption works, once locked you can't open it in edit mode. Also, you can put quests into the world folder and therefore overwriting the config quests just for that specific world.

    If you're playing multiplayer and can't claim rewards when there are reward options, then update the pack to version 1.0.6.

    Alpha 49 tweaked the wood cutter a bit, but that was just to solve bugs/odd behaviors so it shouldn't affect the resource output unless you have a very weird farm.

    Your second link ("wiki2") is the official one. The first link ("wiki") is terrabad or whatever you call it, go and have a look. The official one has always been maintained directly by the mod author so I don't know what popularity would have to do with it.
