Hmm, how well does RailCraft works with Enhanced Portals 3?

Can the Chest Carts in RailCraft able to traverse into and back from the Nether Portal? I'm trying to build a pack for myself that have no teleportation (other than vanilla minecraft nether portals), so I would like to avoid using Ender Storage, as well as JABBA's B-Space upgrade if possible.

Favourite mods for me; Thermal Expansion. Liking them back in 1.4.7. Tinkers' Construct. BuildCraft. RailCraft. Thaumcraft. Blood Magic. Botania. Mekanism.

I keep forgetting 1 bucket is 1000 mB while 1 ingot is only 144 mB.

Tinkers' Construct. You will need at least a casting table with an ingot cast in it. Or get nine buckets of molten tin and pour all of them into a casting basin to make a block instead.

More CV does help but I guess there's a maximum cap to the bonus speed. I tried using a 80 CV node to power it but it wasn't any better than the 30 CV node I was using back in my old world.

Bellows does help with the speed too from my own experience, but not as much as feeding it with Ignis Centi-Vis.

I believe I did read something about them requiring mana now. So you will need a filled mana tablet in your inventory.

I would love to play a pack with Rotarycraft in it as well as some of the other RF mods, but disables all RF generators except for RoC's. So you'll need to depend on RoC for your power.

Might need your server admin to check the server config for AE2, in case that Certs Quartz has been disabled for whatever reason. Or was AE2 added in after the creation of the world? If so, you might need to do a retrogen.

The only issue I have with AE2 is the need to find presses on servers. I've no qualms on it if I'm playing on SSP however. Like what Shneekey said, once you got all the 4 different presses (I usually find all of them within 5 meteors) and 1 piece of Charged Certs Quartz, you're good to go.
