I did not. I have no idea how he got toughness, as I did not give it him. He either used an item that grants toughness or there's another blacksmith. ... wait, was Nojr attemptedly wolfkilled already?

Idk what that list is for, that's from another game. ANYWAY: Last night I gave myself toughness, as I'm a blacksmith. I was hoping for SE37 to confirm that he had indeed received toughness between N1 and N2 as that was when I gave it to him. Failing that, I had hoped that Dragon would've...
