    that's a great assessment of a whole media based on 1 specimen which depending on how you look at it can be considered not good or average at best.

    it has a somewhat odd art style, to the point i thought it was made by SHAFT(if it says something). it also has a dead girl kept alive by a some magical-hat thing and invisible penguins, one of which likes to read porn mags.

    after reading plot summary of Mawaru Penguindrum i expected it to be odd, but after watching few episodes i really start to wonder about drugs used during it's creation.
