    From the looks of it, Zapdos is by the power plant at route 10 which is accessible right now. Dunno about the power plant though.

    Actually, another big question. Do these encounters actually match with HG/SS or is it separate? I always assumed it was separate, but if it isn't, I can check myself.

    I really large bomb mod? As I recall, there's already ICBM and Explosives+. Edit: How I can does English? Um, is it a mod for adding blank-slate blocks/items?

    I used to play with keepInventory on. Then I realized minecraft just isn't as much fun without being able to avenge your lost items when you do end up getting the powerful stuff.
