I was checking out this mod, and it's pretty cool, but the textures are to high resolution and they look kinda weird in a game that uses 16x16 textures. Cool mod though :3

For the liquid thing, I think M4TH Things does what you are looking for. But I don't think it's configurable. As for the Portals, LanteaCraft is really dope for that sort of thing. They look pretty cool plus it's compatible with RF.

Yeah, I forgot about that... You can always use Forge Essentials. I think they add a way to break specific blocks, but I'm not sure. I would use Yulife's suggestion.

Yeah, the FTB launcher tends to take a while to launch packs. MultiMC also tends to have the same issue. The only reason I actually use it is because of the custom ability with it. If you are going to play FTB packs, just port them to ATLauncher or play them of CurseVoice. Nice Essay btw
