The 'kicking' problem is low level annoyance followed by many "what the hell? how many kids you need?" comments. And like real kids, having too many running around gets old quickly for many people :)

I've seen similar things happen. Hopefully all sorted soon. I can attest personally to the number of hours I see GO putting in each day on the modpack. Hobbiton is looking more amazing each day by the way. I was looking over what GO and Brandon had got done, while trying to get a pot of coffee...

Oh, sorry if i gave any impression it went up the first time. We had some problems. We use quite a few plugins and need Cauldron, but it seems to have a high voodoo factor. Dez does all the technical side. I just play the spirit drum and invoke my ancestors to make it work. Best I can contribute. :)

We have a server up for the pack using cauldron. So it works. Bug Mr.Dezil_Nz, as I'm not the one to ask any technical questions. Too busy building Brandywine and Orthanc :)

If chunks are reloading, something is seriously wrong in your game. I'd re-download the files for it.

I completed all of the first questline tonite in 2.4.1. Had a couple of spots where i had npc's not responding. In some cases it was fixed by getting right on them, and at some point they recognized me. Twice i logged out/in and it gave it to me. Bandits on difficulty3 were tough, but a few...

As to breaking barrels and they become stuffed creepers: Props mod is pretty much just visual. With protected blocks, you can try to 'break them' and it resets the animation to the first entry in the file, the stuffed creeper that is sort of the logo. Is this just within so many blocks of draconis or of the ring portal in Middle Earth? I was under the assumption it is protected by default in the pack so that you don't build to near areas that will change with upgrades. Possibly you have perms as admin, friends do not, and that's what is...

Thanks much. I'm building Bree on Goshens server. But have some friends in NZ, and talked a lot about the pack over mumble, and they are setting up a NZ server for Tolkiencraft. Sadly, my ping is a bit high connecting from Philly to NZ :) Hopefully getting the roof on the Bree gatehouse done...
