There probably isn't going to be a monster update to 1.7, at least one modder will become inactive or whatever. Most of the "big" mods are updated, like IC2, buildcraft, AE, Bibliocraft, CCC/NEI, extra utilities, factorization, iChun's mods, project red and forge multipart, TiC and Natura...

I don't think he has an account on here. Just google "extra cells" and go to the author of it. And yes, 1.7 is stable. If we didn't depend on redstone flux we would of had packs up months ago.
