I believe Toops is going to make you need to use a cast if Mariculture is installed in the future. Although saying that jaded, you can't add "blockLimestone" smelting. Mine is done using the ids... and so is toops. In theory you should be able to get mine... if you have my limestone, so maybe...

Rutile Ore should be a 1 in 64 chance in sand. Zero knows about the hammer dupe, and I believe has fixed in his dev, so that would be in his next update.

Break the block below them, or remove the water source above them. They will pop off. Much quicker than mining them up :p They are minable with any pick, but they have like 25F hardness. For comparison, Obsidian is 50F, Stone is 1.5F, Dispensers are 3.5F, Iron Ore is 3.0F.

Probably an item id conflict with ex aliquo that jaded missed with that one mechman. Since that's a new item, in newest aliquo updates(i believe), it would make sense.
