Just put an import bus on the chest. Then right click the bus and you should get a gui. On the gui set it to pull stacks. Then you should be good to go. :)

It goes for a lot longer than 7 seconds when I was playing with it today in my 1.5.1 game. It may stay at full speed for 7 seconds, not sure? I tried it on an empty cell and it got just over 3k I believe before it wound down. I did not time it but it seemed about 30 to 45 seconds it was...

If I ever get around to doing a proper SSP I will do world downloads for sure. :) But on my server plays I'll not be doing that. The world folder is just HUGE, and some of the members on the server probably wouldn't want their builds being public to everyone. :)
