Isn't that what utility mode is for? Recipe mode is "I want no interference in gameplay whatsoever", cheat mode is "I want to cheat" (duh), and utility mode is "I want only non-cheating features". Adding a mod is at least as cheaty as turning on utility mode, anyway.

It doesn't belong in Builders either; the other machines in Builders are designed to assist with (manual) building, while the quarry is designed to make a profit.

Strictly speaking, if you actually want to delete the ore dictioonary, you could delete the net/minecraftforge/oredict folder from Forge. Don't expect any mods to work after that though.

What's everyone's favourite way to connect together the various autocrafting steps? Do you build a single setup for each kind of processing step, and use LP or AE to connect them together? The latter, it's just normal crafting. This mod adds decorative blocks, recipes for crafting them, and nothing else. You could automate them if you want, of course - it would save you some clicking.
