The only thing I would note on that is it sounds like the texture pack had an issue and not the client itself. We are going to be taking steps to prevent the integrity of the files that are distributed.

Yes it is simple. The moves over to the Curse Launcher and the moving of this forum onto a curse server do not happen untill I give them the go ahead. This is something that will only happen when they can provide what I consider to be a service that at least rivals our own.

I just spoke to someone from the Minecraft forums about this and they have indicated that bans are not by default Global but are site specific. If you have evidence contrary to this, please pm me with it and I will look into it for you.

Curse doesnt use adfly and part of the agreement is they are not allowed to limit the downloads for anyone.
