Mod Feedback ChromatiCraft questions and suggestions

Aye, they also can screw with things like crops. Heat blocks, as far as I'm aware, are a vestigial part of Railcraft that can appear for any number of reasons, I think I've even had them appear just by my walking about. Its extremely vexing and I always just disable them when I roll a new...

Mod Feedback ChromatiCraft questions and suggestions

Aye, can confirm. Once rebuilt, they do indeed take time to become useful again. Should also go without saying that breaking turbocharged pylons is an Extremely Bad Idea (TM).

What cool little thing have you discovered today?

Just be careful with em, the fake players they use can occasionally be the source of both outright crashes and more subtle bugs that are hard to track down.

Install MystCraft; its an integration bug where burning rainbow leaves add instability even when it isn't present.

*hsss* The only part about Inventory Tweaks that bugs me is the sorting of my inventory. I have a very, very specific layout, and it screws with it enough to drive me up a friggin wall. That, and I'm obsessive enough that, even if I didn't need to, I'd likely end up memorizing the order...

What cool little thing have you discovered today?

Not today, but over the past few weeks, the instance I rolled up (w/ NEI, Opis, and Project Red) has been an immense help in my electronic circuitry class. Even used it to prototype parts of my ALU. Now, if only my fingers would comply when I go about building actual, physical circuits (and...

I'm not sure which bits produce the neutrons, but I -think- the plasma deathbeam is what does it, so it'd make sense for the injectors to get a little irradiated.

My brain always locks up after kitrino, lol.

I was unaware of that, thankee!

I've been meaning to look at those...about how fast do they go? Are they at least faster than the utterly glacial pace of MFR belts?

Mod Feedback ChromatiCraft questions and suggestions

Aye, I highly recommend committing to memory the order of the colours, if not necessarily their names. If memory serves, it goes: kuro, karmir, kijani, ruskea, nila, zambarau, vadali, argia, ykri, ruzova, asveste, kitrino, kurauri, galazio, portokali, tahara.

Try breaking and replacing the casting table itself; in my experience, it can bug out a little when you get to pylon casting and that usually fixes it. Also, the repeaters don't need to be in any particular order, no. However, a tip: placing 4 multi-aura repeaters a few blocks off the corners...

Maybe a chunk loading issue? I dunno how steam lines behave across the boundaries between loaded and unloaded chunks, but such things have been a source of weird bugs in other mods in times past.

Besides MC, what have you been playing lately?

For Fallout 2, I highly recommend the Restoration Project. The amount of things it adds is absolutely absurd.

Besides MC, what have you been playing lately?

You are a madman and should correct that at the earliest possible moment. You don't need to play F1 to really get F2, but it does help. Note that there's a good bit of fan content (mostly for 2, but I think 1 has some, as well), which includes a good number of fixes for extant bugs in both...

    [ReactorCraft] ReC Mechanics Thread

I don't think it so much checks for a certain amount of steam as it takes more steam to get going than it does to keep the thing running.

    [ReactorCraft] ReC Mechanics Thread

It's difficult to get hard numbers, but my general rules of thumb are that one, you need around 6-10,000 m^3 of steam in your lines to start off with an HP turbine and, two, you'll need a somewhat beefy reactor design to even get one turning steadily. My advice is to let steam build up, then...

Besides MC, what have you been playing lately?

Replaying Fallout 2 and am now reminded of how utterly, hilariously broken the combination of the Sniper perk and the Bozar are when it comes to killing everything that pisses me off. Especially ungrateful caravan owners that tell me to screw off seconds after I save their worthless hides from...

I Derp, You Derp, We all Derp, What's your's?

Yup, dehumidifier and heater. For cold/normal bees that's...bout the opposite of what they need, especially in terms of heat.
