And the macerator can also be upgraded to run silly-fast.

How to produce a lot of steam?

I checked the code, you're right. More specifically, it can "contain" 50 buckets per tick, and therefore cannot output more than that. The mod auther said he was going to make the value configurable but he never did (nor did the Extreme Reactors guys) Good luck with the Mek fusion version...

How to produce a lot of steam?

Pierrek are you sure you're not confusing B (buckets) with mb (millibuckets) ? How much steam can the turbine handle? Also: GamerwithnoGame probably has the right answer here. However, you can always build more Big Reactors. (And can someone confirm that BR has a 50 bucket/t limit even when...

Thanks kindly. That's pretty odd to me. If 1.x.x is beta, do they call release/prod version 2.x.x then? (This is contrary to any release system I've ever heard of, never mind worked with) And it might be worth pointing out that most game devs I know follow the same system I'm familiar with...

Heya magzie. Not sure who this is directed to. And I don't know what wow and fortnite do for open betas so I'm not sure what kinda point you're making (sorry) :(

This is incredibly comprehensive. You even got the biofuel setup.

fwiw this isn't the definition I've ever used. In any company I've developed software for, you just described a closed beta. An open beta is literally open to everyone (or to all existing clients) with the provisio that they understand its a beta. (And a "public release" is literally "going to...

IC2 doesn't really have great ways to generate large (or medium) amounts of of power natively. If you're feeling adventurous, you can make a nuclear reactor. The power output varies wildly depending on the type you make and whether you get into the super-heated-steam route, but for the sake...

Open beta is totally plausible too imo, no idea if FTB likes to rock those though.

Yeah its crazy how much time things can take when you have a real life and real job and are doing minecraft stuff for free.

    Marble Hive, Deep Hive?

I've never seen a marble hive in any pack. I've seen deep hives, typically surrounded by redstone (in 1.7.10 anyway)

In my universe (Beta = feature-complete), that means the modlist is more or less locked in (insofar as a modlist is ever locked in for a pack)

Is there any mod in Revelations that allows mob drops on Peaceful?

If you're really desperate, you can tinker with crafttweaker and write scripts to produce the things you want. 4 roses in a crafting table turns into zombie flesh, etc.

What is the most stable modpack (preferably 100+) in minecraft, Today?

You might have luck with something official like the Direwolf20 packs. They get a bit more scrutiny because of the streamers and other traffic, and as a result (somewhat) more attention to stability issues. Perhaps avoid packs with certain known offenders. Some people have a good deal of...

I haven't watched any of the streams/videos yet, but I have seen people asking for modlists. Can't they deduce a reasonable idea of the modlist just from the vids?

    Modded in 1.13?

McJty is just a genuinely exceptional dude all around ya'all :) (if you're ever looking for a tutorial to get into a bit of modding, his are pretty good.)

    Modded in 1.13?

NC, at the risk of agreeing (partially) with you: yeah 1.13 modded will be neat, but I'm very content to let that stew simmer for a while and get even better. Let's hope we can enjoy 1.12 quietly for a little while longer.
