I changed 2 mods by updating them to lower lag. Look at my first post to find download links to the 2 mods to put in your mod folder. ALSO REMOVED LYCNITE MOBS :( (it was causing vanilla mobs not to spawn)

ya I am restarting it now. It crashes quite a bit. I think I am going to remove the MCPC+ I think that is the problem. If it crashes again I will remove it
