I am having this problem also with current version of pack. I can auto craft all cores from the same solder, except destruction & construction cores. Have double check the recipes and they are correct.

I believe only 1 person on my server was using them. He's going to be SOL but I don't think he will mind.

Got a fix from this guy having the exact same crash as me. Thaumic Energistics was cause of issue. Disabling the mod and loading the most recent backup world worked, and then I was able to re-enable the mod with no issues.

I play 1.0.2 with 8 and have no crashes. I have fastcraft installed, use multimc to launch, and have webmap in journeymap disabled. 4GB of RAM allocated.

You should update your java but that isn't the issue, I am running 8 and still have it.
