One Question you might want to answer at least in your Crash Report, what did you use to transport the molten Dirt from the Crucible to the Block Caster? Because it might be a bug between Mariculture and what ever you used ;)

1) Look at your gear, I had that once and shortly figured this was caused by the "Cold Touch" enchantment on the Iron Boots I got dropped by a Skelleton. 2) You caugt a dead Cod, these don´t have any stats on them because dead fish don´t like to reproduce anymore ;)

I´d actually preffer the IC2 recipe to be buffed, because it makes more sense that way. You now in RL you don´tt just mix one part of Tin with three parts of Copper, and then throw away half of what you get out of that prozess.
