For saplings, I like the fir trees in 2x2. LOADS of saplings. And I can make mutandis in huge batches, hence the over 1000 tries. But it's getting old. Really, really, REALLY old. But the completionist in me won't let it sit there. <.<

I absolutely loathe the withering mechanic. It's sad that Vazkii removed the config as I refuse to play Botania with withering passives turned on. It's extremely irritating as passives are generally low tier early play stuff and having recraft them all the time is a pain.

It's not just you. They are slated to be slowed to baby zombieish speed in the next update, if I'm not mistaken.

Oh, scanning. I can't say for sure if I've scanned a brain or not. I've scanned pretty much everything that is placeable, but I always forget to scan items. I'll try it tomorrow when I'm not ready for sleeps.

Is there an issue with the Crucible of Souls showing up in the Thaumonomicon or does it have altered prerequisites? It shows up in the cheat sheet, but I can't get it to show up in normal research.

I actually just built a semi-automated endoflame feeder last night and they ate my blaze rods just fine. Also, redcrystals look cool in operation.

Some things in agricraft you need to use shears. I know you can get actual botania flowers from the agricraft crops flowers if you use shears on a plant that can give 2 petals. Maybe try shears on a cactus crop?

Using the upgraded frames on enhanced chests doesn't work. (I've only tried this on Mk II -> Mk. III double chest.) It changes for a split second, then reverts. EDIT: So far it appears to only have happened with the one chest, and only with the first try of the II->III, the second II->III...

After some testing on the old world that the x-ray vision was happening on, and a new world started in 0.8.0, it seems to be caused by mariculture tanks in the Storage Drawers slots. I've tried the Mekanism portable tank and the Tinkers Construct, both of which render the liquid they contain...

Oil wells aren't new, though? I've only seen one oil well and it wasn't on fire when I found it, though it was on the way back.

I'm fairly sure Regrowth set the passive wither time to 5 minecraft days.

Is anyone else having a weird X-ray vision effect when looking at walls at random angles? EDIT: Golems are also now breaking naked crops and magical crops, too.
