iirc, the fertelizer doesnt speed up the growth. it is merly an balancing factor, as the farm must use fertelizer (and water) to run

I dont know if there is currently a mod that adds enchants higher than "V" (5), you can however enchant things with "X" (10) via NEI or worldedit filters or (not sure) through OP console commands

They propably work like railcraft iron tanks... by braking a valve, all the data stored in it is lost -->> for railcraft it is braking the bottom venter block.

well the portals from the portal gun mod are able to show the other side of the portal, so by building the actual interior of the tardis somewhere esle would be possible (but portals just dont look nice as a tardis doorway^^

you need some research in thaumcraft 3 for that. you can get something that is called an infernal furnace (if i remember correctly) which has a chance to give nuggets while smelting things.
