5843. Worst part is, even the Chromatic Lexicon is not the right name. The thing is called Chromic Lexicon... Why am I even worrying about this, it's not like you're going to change how you say it anyway.

5845. Whoops, that was actually a genuine mistake - I didn’t realise it was “Chromic”!

And if I thought I was genuinely annoying you, I’d stop in a heartbeat. I don’t want to be an arsehole!

5852. Gosh, the vernal equinox. The days are going to be longer than the nights from here on! Well, until midsummer.

5859, Still quite skeptical about global warming. We had our largest snow storm yesterday and today. Supposed to snow later in the week as well. Meanwhile Sunday I could walk outside without a coat and be very comfortable. Don't remember having anywhere near as hot of summers either. If anything the weather has been very erratic.

5860. Thing is, global warming isn’t as simple as just “everywhere is hotter”, without caveat. There are numerous places where that added temperature is going first, including melting the permafrost and ice caps.

5860. The average temperature is increasing, by 1 or 2 C. That leads to changes to the temperature everywhere, and some places being colder than usual, at least for now.

5862. Indeed. Climate change is happening. Whether that change is anthropogenic is something that is often argued about, more than the existence of an ongoing change.
