Summary of the problem Max 3 fps on amd

Pack Version 1.4.0

What is the bug? The fps is very low (max 3), in the menu everything works fine though.

I'm using a r9 200 series card with the 17.11.4 drivers(latest at time of posting)

Mod & Version Wish I knew, it's definitely only with this mod pack, others work just fine

I had the exact same issue one of my systems but managed to find the solution. Go into minecraft's video settings and set Mipmap Levels to off, after you click done minecraft will freeze for a minute or two while reloading some things in the background. For me changing this one setting made my FPS shoot up from 2 FPS to about 150 FPS.
