Do you have CoFH Core installed? I think that needs to be there for RF to transfer properly. This was the case a while back, not sure if still the case.

Been there, done that. Had like 3,000 sheep in a 1 chunk area... Fortunately (or unfortunately, your choice), had a Draconic sword... NEVER use it in what mob cluster... sever froze for like 20 min. before the xp orbs and drops. How the server, nor my client, did not crash, I will never know.
