You can put a module toggler a few blocks from the starting point. In that you can decide to turn on and off what features it has when it passes it. So when it returns, you can disable the drill until its back on its trip again. http://stevescarts2.wikispaces.com/Module Toggler

When its inventory fills up, the cart should go back to where it started ( cargo manager? ) and dump its items there. Can't you just pipe/suck that into an ender chest? If you only go in one direction, it'll consume more fuel each trip due to the length. If it mines coal, it should restock its...

Can't you just get one person to diamond lock all of the ender chests that you want to share with? That way people/thieves cant use their own ender chest ( not locked by that first person ) to pipe items out. I might be remembering the lock mechanic wrong though, but i was under the impression...

If you cheat in a Majestic, it should start with 4x fertility. I assume you bred it from some bees that had 2x fertility and the trait stuck through the mutations.

The lack of 3x bellows on those furnaces makes me a sad panda :( I assume they setup so many due to the furnace being somewhat slower without the bellows. It's also less efficient without them. No crystal clusters around? You're obviously going to have to make magic stuff elsewhere until this...
