I thought I read somewhere that this was caused by a video driver conflict. Did you update your video drivers to the latest version?

I keep crashing out whenever I load up FTB and try and log on to a friends server. regular minecraft, or SSP seems to work fine. Here's a crash log, anyone got any ideas on a fix? (I tried disabling REI's minimap cause I read somewhere it could cause an issue, but I still get the crash.)...
