Angry Endermen spawn when an Endertot dies. There may have been one nearby that wandered into a pool of water or stood on a bush/cactus, died, and spawned the angry parent.

Anybody having any trouble with tconstruct in the 0.7 NGT? Can't seem to make any tool parts. As for the minimap issue, I did have to change my keyconfig - there is a conflicting command set to M.
