Mod Pack: direwolf20 (all default mods. except I added optifine)
Ram Allocated: 3GB
Log: http://pastebin.com/bQQ5b494
System Specs.: http://pastebin.com/DfFZi8QL

My big concern was with this...

FTB Logger said:
2013-02-20 19:44:54 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] Detected leaking worlds in memory. There are 4 worlds that appear to be persisting. A mod is likely caching the world incorrectly

Actually I'm having the exact same issue, and no linking books, nor any mystcraft ages, have been created in my world. I'm using the Direwolf20 5.1.1 pack default mods loaded and configs unaltered. I'm only allocating 2 gigs of memory though (512MB min 2GB Max in server start batch file). No Optifine (not sure how that would affect server, but just in case it matters). It hasn't crashed, just throws those errors and gets a bit laggy occasionally for no obvious reason (Render distance set to Normal) and systems specs are:

Windows 7 Pro 64
I7 960 (3.2GHz)
12 GB RAM
Nvidia GTX470
Java v 1.7.0_13 64bit

I had this issue and I fixed it easily by:
1. Open the launcher
2. Edit the modpack
3. Disable 'chickenchunks'

Hope it fixes the problem
