I was hoping to setup a monster server with about 20ish players, will my computer at home be able to host this server with most of the mods enabled?

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz (8CPUs),~2.7Ghz
Memory: 11264MB RAM (11GB)
Storage: 465GB HDD OR [3TB HDD (external, connected via SS-USB)] -which should I use??
