In the ftb launcher, you select the pack and version, then click download server, then run the start.bat, bam server.

Sure PM and we can work something out. Although I don't know how you expect to pay someone or rent a server without money.

Though you also need to port-forward / use a hamachi like program forp people outside your lan network to join
