Ftb server on multicore

Hello i looking for a methode to run the server(java) on Multicores. The problem we have is java runs on only one core. and after we installed a new forge version for the newest modpack version its stay at 100%. I googled but i dont find a working solution.
We run FTB infinity Server 1.6.2.
And i have another question anyone knows a way to ban thaumcraft focus?

Nope.. that is why you want single threading performance over more cores CPU. One way to is use a service provider who carries them, I am happening to be renting a solid E3 1240v3 box that does this nicely. As for your banning question you can probably Minetweaker the recipe rendering it uncraftable.
