Can anyone help me with this? I reloaded my server with Direwolf20's pack and it ran fine for a good 5-6 hours then I started getting this crash. It is the same error everytime at first I thought it was chunk loaders but I was using them fine in the begining and have even switched between railcraft and chickenbones with the same errors. The only change is I started adding foresty farms, other than that there are no machines in the world yet. The same box ran completely fine with the old beta pack.

try launching your map in single player and put it on the server again then. Might have seen this work on other places :)

Still getting the same error in single player though I seem to have figured out where it is coming from. I have a nether pump setup and it seems when the minecart goes through the mystcraft portal to the nether pump the server crashes.

Yeah I noticed that some of the times the cart will freeze infront of the portal and will be solid but unbreakable. but if you log out and back in it is gone.

Ok the guys over on the mystcraft forum provided a fan hotfix that i have tested solves the problem. I want to stress this is unofficial and will not be supported my FTB but it does work until xcomp can fix the issue.

Thanks for sharing this. Just ran into this issue last night and wasn't finding much information.

Yeah it isn't very well documented cuz I think it gives a couple of different errors. When I realized it was a mystcraft error I posted over on there forums and they linked the fix right away. I wasn't sure if people knew where to look so I figured be helpful and share here. Cuz I don't know about others but the first thing I build once I get the materials for it is Dire's nether pump system. My power grid relies heavily on it. :p

the base server.jar is downloadable though the FTB launcher. Change your filter settings to server instead of client and it will give you the option to download the server zip file. Which includes the server jar all the mods and all the config files.

Having some of the same trouble, with a twist. The hotfix is supposed to fix a IndexOutOfBounds crash. But the guys here say it works for the Exception ticking world entities error. So I try it. Now I get the IndexOutOfBounds crash instead of Exception ticking crash. (I'm a derp. All are the same Exception ticking crash/ IndexOutOfBounds crash. moving on...)

They SEEM to be triggered the same way if I use the hotfix or not. When a tank cart goes through a portal while I am present. I've not tested extensively, since loading the D20 pack every time takes a while. If anything, It seems to work best when I am in the Overworld. If I spend too much time in my mining age, a crash is certain.

Hope this can be worked out. Am totally in love with the nether pump power rig. Error logs to follow.

Did a force update. (derp again. didn't save a backup of the yc.class)
Uploaded error report without using the hotfix. Interestingly, when I loaded, I was standing in my mining age. The tank cart portaled in, then left. No problems. The crash happened 10-20 seconds later. Would have been when the tank arrived back at my base and unloaded.

WHere you at your base when the server crashed (or was the base chunkloaded?). If not then you atleast know what you can do after that hotfix
