This is going to get more views in server tech support, but I'll help are you running bukkitforge? Mcpc? Which one?

I am running mcpc.....
I made a brand new server and ran the mcpc jar...
I copyed all the mods over.....
and all the configs.....
I start up the server and get that error
Would be awesome if u know what is causing it

Try copying your libraries folder from the direwolf20 folder into the mcpc folder. I had a similar issue, if not the same one and that seemed to fix it for me.
