Activating Molecular Transformer Recipes

I have a ftb Infinity 1.9.0 Server and i want to activate the other Molecular Transfer Recipes (Mod: Advanced Solar Panels!), but I can´t find any config files referred to the Molecular Transformer.

Please help me to activate the Recipes,
