There are no permanent teams on this competition is what Jordstra said. Just as an FYI. So if you have an established team you can still create a new team or join a new team for this competition.

This is almost getting to silly levels of competitiveness just for getting team members. As it stands, according to the rules discussed on the last page, it should be the Pack Team that gets the first chance of recruitment due to currently having the least members, though ultimately it is up to parcel as to which team he wants to join or whether he wants to start his own team.
My intention isn't exactly to support anyone specifically (Team ReGrowth ftw), but rather to encourage that we actually try and stick to some of the rules that we agreed were a good ideaThanks for supporting our team

Divide and conquer is used when there is a small team or group. Each member does there own part alone and then they get back together and finish the team/group project. For example a group of 3 complete 3 parts of the puzzle individually then they put those 3 big pieces together.
Well maybe it'll make it easier for us if PT is split up. On the other hand it may also make it more difficult.
Of course if it means more high quality packs are out there for people to play, I'm all for it.
