Cannot have 2 launcher installations

I'm in situation where i play on 2 different monster pack servers, and each one has different mod configuration. I would like to be able to have FTB in 2 locations, but when i do that the options are shared. When i change client location to Place1, and then open other launcher and set it to Place2, then opening first launcher and it's showing Place2 aswell.

So what i assume is happening here is that some data is saved in Windows user folders or registry. Please save them in same folder as executable.

Any possibility of a way to launch two instances as well, for those of us with more than one account? .

You can select which account to use at the bottom right. Why would you need a second launcher for that?

Because I want to launch 2 instances of the game, one for each account...
