If i'd like to make a fresh map, and have a specific seed, where should i put it?

Plus, where do i find the files for the map?

If i'd like to make a fresh map, and have a specific seed, where should i put it?

The file "server.properties" has the seed for your world. Set level-seed= to your seed value and off you go.
